Mother’s Day is on the calendar as a day dedicated to expressing gratitude and love to mother’s, acknowledging sacrifices women make for their children.

…”Everyone of you shall revere his mother and his father” (Leviticus 19:3)

Mother’s Day was originated by Anna Javis on May 12,1907 in Grafton,West Virginia, where she held a memorial service at her late mother’s church.
Mother’s Day is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world.

In Christ Faith Church Inc., right from the time of Our Founding Mother, Late Rev. Dr. Mrs Maret Daniel Otong, the women ministry set aside a special day in the month of May for our Mother’s to be celebrated.

On this note, the wife of the General Overseer and President,Women Ministry, Rev. Mrs Chidinma Abasiakan Otong and the National Co-ordinator, Women Ministry and Assistant Field Supervisor, Rev.Mrs. G. G. Mendie on behalf of the entire women of our great church invite the General Overseer, Bishop Abasiakan Otong, Area Overseers, District Overseers, Reverend Ministers, Evangelists, Pastors, Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses, Men, Youths, Choristers, Children and Christ Faithfuls to 2021 Christ Faith Church Mother’s Day Celebration with the Theme:” THE SACRIFICIAL MOTHERHOOD” on Sunday,30th May,2021. This unique event will take place in all branches of Christ Faith Church Inc.,by 9am.
